Cinnamon Quinoa Flakes and Oat Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup quinoa flakes
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • some boiled water

Toppings

  • almond butter
  • maple banana slices
  • pecans

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients except water to a pan and start to cook slowly.

  2. Gradually add boiled water as needed to reach desired thickness.

  3. Enjoy the porridge.
