Vegan Protein Cauliflower Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana (mashed)
- 1/2 cup riced cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop vegan banana french toast protein powder
Toppings
- raspberries
- raw creamy almond butter
Preparation
Mash the banana in the bottom of the oatmeal pan.
Add the rest of the ingredients except the protein powder.
Bring the mixture to a boil.
Stir in the protein powder on low heat.
