Vegan Protein Cauliflower Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana (mashed)
  • 1/2 cup riced cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop vegan banana french toast protein powder

Toppings

  • raspberries
  • raw creamy almond butter

Preparation

  1. Mash the banana in the bottom of the oatmeal pan.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients except the protein powder.

  3. Bring the mixture to a boil.

  4. Stir in the protein powder on low heat.
