Simple Coconut and Vanilla Porridge Oats Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut yogurt

Toppings

  • chia berry jam
  • almond butter
  • seeds
  • a few blueberries
  • a couple of vanoffee choc buttons

Preparation

  1. Cook the mixture while stirring.

  2. Once cooked, transfer to a bowl and add the toppings.

  3. Enjoy with a cup of peppermint tea.
