Simple Coconut and Vanilla Porridge Oats Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 3/4 cup plant-based milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
Toppings
- chia berry jam
- almond butter
- seeds
- a few blueberries
- a couple of vanoffee choc buttons
Preparation
Cook the mixture while stirring.
Once cooked, transfer to a bowl and add the toppings.
Enjoy with a cup of peppermint tea.
