Almond Butter and Date Porridge Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats (for 2 bowls)
  • 3 heaped tablespoons coconut yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 large date
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter
  • cashew milk (to cover)

Toppings

  • hot maple banana
  • blueberries
  • coconut yogurt
  • flaked almonds
  • sliced vegan chocolate

Preparation

  1. Make in a pan with the base ingredients, cover with cashew milk, and stir.

  2. Let soak for 20 minutes or so.

  3. Cook slowly, adding water or more cashew milk until desired porridge consistency is reached.

  4. Top with hot maple banana, blueberries, additional coconut yogurt, flaked almonds, and sliced vegan chocolate.
