Cinnamon and Coconut Chip Porridge

Ingredients

  • oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • small handful toasted coconut chips
  • coconut milk

Toppings

  • maple walnuts
  • seeds
  • banana
  • melted chocolate
  • cacao nibs
  • cherries

Preparation

  1. Cook the oats with cinnamon and coconut milk until soft and creamy.

  2. Heat the maple walnuts with maple syrup until sticky.

  3. Top the porridge with toasted coconut chips, maple walnuts, seeds, banana, melted chocolate, cacao nibs, and cherries.
