Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- banana
- cacao nibs
- coconut shreds
- dash of cinnamon
- drizzle of maple syrup
Preparation
Microwave 1/2 cup rolled oats with 1/2 cup water in a microwave-safe bowl, noting that coco bowls should not be used in the microwave.
Add 1/4 cup coconut milk, sliced banana, cacao nibs, coconut shreds, a dash of cinnamon, and a drizzle of maple syrup to the microwaved oats.
