Blueberry Banana Steel Cut Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup steel cut oats
  • 1.5 cups water
  • blueberries
  • cinnamon
  • ground flax
  • hemp seeds
  • banana

Preparation

  1. Combine 0.5 cup steel cut oats with 1.5 cups water.

  2. Heat over medium heat, stirring often, until oats have thickened and most of the water is absorbed.

  3. Stir in defrosted blueberries, cinnamon, ground flax, and hemp seeds.

  4. Top with banana slices and serve.
