Healthy Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl with Berries

Ingredients

Oats base

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp cloves

Blueberry compote

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup water

Bowl toppings

  • Oatmeal
  • Yogurt
  • Blueberry Compote
  • Cherries
  • Blackberries
  • Blueberries
  • Hemp Seeds
  • Peanut Butter

Preparation

Cooking

  1. Simmer the oats base slowly to desired consistency.

  2. Simmer the blueberry compote until water turns into a nice slightly thick purple-ish consistency.

Assembly

  1. Assemble the bowl with oatmeal, yogurt, blueberry compote, cherries, blackberries, blueberries, hemp seeds, and peanut butter.
