Healthy Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl with Berries

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp cloves
Blueberry compote
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup water
Bowl toppings
- Oatmeal
- Yogurt
- Blueberry Compote
- Cherries
- Blackberries
- Blueberries
- Hemp Seeds
- Peanut Butter
Preparation
Cooking
Simmer the oats base slowly to desired consistency.
Simmer the blueberry compote until water turns into a nice slightly thick purple-ish consistency.
Assembly
Assemble the bowl with oatmeal, yogurt, blueberry compote, cherries, blackberries, blueberries, hemp seeds, and peanut butter.
