Oatmeal Coconut Yogurt Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup water
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Toppings
- Blueberries
- Pomegranates
- Wild blackberries
- Blackberries
- Sprouted Coco Granola
- Dark Chocolate Crisps
- Blue Spirulina
- Coconut Yogurt
- Edible Flowers
Preparation
Combine rolled oats and water in a pot, bring to a boil, and simmer until oats are soft.
Stir in vanilla extract, maple syrup, and cinnamon while cooking.
Transfer to a bowl and add toppings: blueberries, pomegranates, wild blackberries, blackberries, sprouted coco granola, dark chocolate crisps, blue spirulina, coconut yogurt, and edible flowers.
