Oatmeal Coconut Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup water
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Toppings

  • Blueberries
  • Pomegranates
  • Wild blackberries
  • Blackberries
  • Sprouted Coco Granola
  • Dark Chocolate Crisps
  • Blue Spirulina
  • Coconut Yogurt
  • Edible Flowers

Preparation

  1. Combine rolled oats and water in a pot, bring to a boil, and simmer until oats are soft.

  2. Stir in vanilla extract, maple syrup, and cinnamon while cooking.

  3. Transfer to a bowl and add toppings: blueberries, pomegranates, wild blackberries, blackberries, sprouted coco granola, dark chocolate crisps, blue spirulina, coconut yogurt, and edible flowers.
