Spiced Hazelnut Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
Oatmeal
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1 cup hazelnut milk
Chia pudding
- 3 tablespoons white chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Butterfly Pea powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups hazelnut milk
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
Toppings
- coconut yogurt
- blackberries
- cherries
- blueberries
Preparation
Simmer the oatmeal ingredients together until desired thickness is reached.
Combine the chia pudding ingredients well.
Refrigerate the chia mixture for 10 minutes, then shake well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Assemble the breakfast bowl by layering or mixing the oatmeal, chia pudding, and adding the toppings
