Loaded Oatmeal Fruit Bowl
Ingredients
Oatmeal
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
Blueberry compote
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup water
Bowl components
- Yogurt
- Blueberry Compote
- Cherries
- Blackberries
- Blueberries
- Hemp seeds
- Peanut butter
Preparation
Simmer the oatmeal ingredients slowly to desired consistency.
Simmer the blueberry compote ingredients until the water thickens to a nice purple-ish consistency.
Assemble the bowl with oatmeal, yogurt, blueberry compote, cherries, blackberries, blueberries, hemp seeds, and peanut butter.
