Simple Overnight Oats with Banana and Nuts
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp walnuts
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup milk as needed
- 1 mashed banana
Preparation
Combine all dry ingredients and then add vanilla and 3/4 cup milk, excluding banana.
Stir to combine and set in fridge overnight to soak.
Add mashed banana and extra milk as needed to adjust consistency.
