Easy Banana Bread Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 banana, sliced (reserve other half for topping)
- 2 tbsp walnuts
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond milk
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
In a saucepan, add all the ingredients.
Bring the mixture to a simmer while stirring frequently.
Allow the oatmeal to cook for about 5 minutes.
Serve the oatmeal in a bowl with your favorite toppings, and feel free to decorate as desired.
