Easy Banana Bread Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 banana, sliced (reserve other half for topping)
  • 2 tbsp walnuts
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, add all the ingredients.

  2. Bring the mixture to a simmer while stirring frequently.

  3. Allow the oatmeal to cook for about 5 minutes.

  4. Serve the oatmeal in a bowl with your favorite toppings, and feel free to decorate as desired.
