Delicious Porridge with Oats Quinoa Toppings
Ingredients
- 2/3 oats and 1/3 quinoa flakes
- a couple of tablespoons milled flaxseed
- plant-based milk
- water
- chia berry jam
- blueberries
- banana
- almonds
- heaped teaspoon homemade cacao and orange almond butter
Preparation
Soak the oat and quinoa mixture in plant-based milk.
Cook the soaked mixture using water.
Heat a couple of handfuls of blueberries in a pan with 3 tablespoons of water until just before they pop.
Top the cooked porridge with chia berry jam, heated blueberries, additional blueberries, sliced banana, chopped almonds, and a heaped teaspoon of homemade cacao and orange almond butter.
