Chocolate Orange Porridge Oats for Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1.5 tablespoons cacao powder
- juice of 1 small orange
- 4 chopped prunes
- 2 heaped tablespoons coconut yoghurt
- 1/2 orange for slices
- dark chocolate
- blueberries
- raspberries
- almond flakes
- chunk of sweet orange and thyme
Preparation
Put all ingredients into a small pan, stir and leave to soak for overnight or at least 30 minutes.
Gently heat and add 1/2 cup of boiled water, stirring until you have a rich chocolate orange porridge.
Top with orange slices, melted dark chocolate, blueberries, raspberries, toasted almond flakes, and sprinkled chunk of sweet orange and thyme.
