Chocolate Orange Porridge Oats for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1.5 tablespoons cacao powder
  • juice of 1 small orange
  • 4 chopped prunes
  • 2 heaped tablespoons coconut yoghurt
  • 1/2 orange for slices
  • dark chocolate
  • blueberries
  • raspberries
  • almond flakes
  • chunk of sweet orange and thyme

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients into a small pan, stir and leave to soak for overnight or at least 30 minutes.

  2. Gently heat and add 1/2 cup of boiled water, stirring until you have a rich chocolate orange porridge.

  3. Top with orange slices, melted dark chocolate, blueberries, raspberries, toasted almond flakes, and sprinkled chunk of sweet orange and thyme.
