Immune Boosting Cacao Orange Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Hint of black pepper
- 1 orange
- Maple syrup to sweeten (optional)
Preparation
Cook porridge as usual, mixing all ingredients except orange and maple syrup in the first 2 minutes to ensure proper absorption.
Stir well until water or plant-based milk is absorbed.
Serve in a bowl and top with 1 orange, maple syrup if desired, a dollop of choco orange nut butter, and a sprinkle of cacao nibs.
