Immune Boosting Cacao Orange Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • Hint of black pepper
  • 1 orange
  • Maple syrup to sweeten (optional)

Preparation

  1. Cook porridge as usual, mixing all ingredients except orange and maple syrup in the first 2 minutes to ensure proper absorption.

  2. Stir well until water or plant-based milk is absorbed.

  3. Serve in a bowl and top with 1 orange, maple syrup if desired, a dollop of choco orange nut butter, and a sprinkle of cacao nibs.
