Chocolate Orange Protein Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • scoop of chocolate flavour protein
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • zest of 1/2 orange
  • juice of 1 orange
  • 1/4 courgette shredded (optional)

Toppings

  • orange segments
  • apple stars
  • banana slices
  • cacao nibs
  • lindt 85% dark choc

Preparation

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients, then add the orange juice and zest (add courgette if using)

  2. Add water or milk, heat until desired thickness

  3. Serve

Serving suggestions

  1. Add orange segments as a topping

  2. Add apple stars as a topping

  3. Add banana slices as a topping

  4. Add cacao nibs as a topping

  5. Add lindt 85% dark chocolate (or chocolate orange chocolate if available)
