Chocolate Orange Protein Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • scoop of chocolate flavour protein??
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder?
  • zest of 1/2 orange?
  • juice of 1 orange?
  • 1/4 courgette shredded? (optional- i just like the texture it gives)
  • toppings:
  • orange segments?
  • apple stars?
  • banana slices?
  • cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients, then add the orange juice and zest (add courgette if using)

  2. Add water/milk, heat until desired thickness?
