Chocolate Orange Protein Porridge
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- scoop of chocolate flavour protein
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- zest of 1/2 orange
- juice of 1 orange
- 1/4 courgette shredded (optional)
Toppings
- orange segments
- apple stars
- banana slices
- cacao nibs
- lindt 85% dark choc
Preparation
Mix all the dry ingredients, then add the orange juice and zest (add courgette if using)
Add water or milk, heat until desired thickness
Serve

Add orange segments as a topping
Add apple stars as a topping
Add banana slices as a topping
Add cacao nibs as a topping
Add lindt 85% dark chocolate (or chocolate orange chocolate if available)
