Easy Chocolate Overnight Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1.5 dl oats
  • 0.5 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp date syrup
  • 2.5 dl oat drink

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a jar or bowl

  2. Stir well to ensure even distribution

  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight for at least 8 hours

  4. Serve cold in the morning, optionally adding fresh fruits or nuts
