Dalgona Mocha Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 55g rolled oats
  • 30g chocolate protein powder
  • 20g dairy-free yoghurt (optional)
  • 2tsp chia seeds
  • dalgona coffee:
  • 2tsp instant coffee
  • 2tsp natural sweeter (sugar replacement)
  • 2tsp boiling water

Preparation

  1. Mix together all the overnight oat ingredients and place in a airtight container

  2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight

  3. The next morning, stir the oats and transfer to a glass or bowl

  4. To make the dalgona coffee, place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl

  5. Using an electric whisk, whisk for 2-3 minutes until the texture becomes lighter and has a mousse like consistency

  6. Top onto the overnight oats and sprinkle on some dark chocolate shavings

  7. Serve immediately before the whip deflates!
