Dalgona Mocha Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 55g rolled oats
- 30g chocolate protein powder
- 20g dairy-free yoghurt (optional)
- 2tsp chia seeds
- dalgona coffee:
- 2tsp instant coffee
- 2tsp natural sweeter (sugar replacement)
- 2tsp boiling water
Preparation
Mix together all the overnight oat ingredients and place in a airtight container
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight
The next morning, stir the oats and transfer to a glass or bowl
To make the dalgona coffee, place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl
Using an electric whisk, whisk for 2-3 minutes until the texture becomes lighter and has a mousse like consistency
Top onto the overnight oats and sprinkle on some dark chocolate shavings
Serve immediately before the whip deflates!
