Overnight Mocha Zroats with Zucchini and Protein
Ingredients
- 2 cups of porridge oats
- 2 tbsp of shelled hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup of instant coffee
- 1/2 a medium zucchini shredded
- 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
- water or milk to the top
Toppings
- sliced banana
- apple stars
- frozen raspberries
- raw cacao nibs
- desiccated coconut
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a large mason jar.
Place in the fridge overnight.
Serve cold with desired toppings.
