Healthy Overnight Matcha Oatmeal with Chia Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/2 nondairy milk of choice

Toppings

  • vegan protein powder (optional)
  • fresh fruit
  • frozen berries
  • coconut flakes
  • granola
  • nut butter

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except toppings.

  2. Leave overnight in fridge to thicken up.

  3. Remove after 8-12 hours and enjoy!
