Healthy Overnight Matcha Oatmeal with Chia Seeds
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp oatmeal
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 1/2 nondairy milk of choice
Toppings
- vegan protein powder (optional)
- fresh fruit
- frozen berries
- coconut flakes
- granola
- nut butter
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except toppings.
Leave overnight in fridge to thicken up.
Remove after 8-12 hours and enjoy!
