Nutty Overnight Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 TBS chia seeds
  • 1 TBS maple syrup
  • 1 scoop vanilla flavor protein powder (optional)
  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 4 tsp nut butter
  • Few chopped almonds

Preparation

  1. In a bowl or jar add oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, protein powder and almond milk

  2. Mix well to combine

  3. Divide into two jars or pots in the fridge and leave overnight

  4. In the morning add the nut butter on top with some almonds

  5. You may drizzle with a little more maple syrup if you like it sweeter

  6. Enjoy!
