Creamy Overnight Cinnamon Coconut Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2-3 tablespoons coconut yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • nut milk (to cover)
  • 1 cup nut milk or water
  • bananas
  • blueberries
  • roasted almond butter

Preparation

  1. Place oats, coconut yogurt, and cinnamon in a pan, cover with nut milk, stir, cover, and leave to soak overnight.

  2. In the morning, add a cup of nut milk or water to the pan and slowly cook.

  3. Top with hot pan-fried bananas, blueberries, and a spoonful of roasted almond butter.
