Creamy Overnight Cinnamon Coconut Porridge
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2-3 tablespoons coconut yogurt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- nut milk (to cover)
- 1 cup nut milk or water
- bananas
- blueberries
- roasted almond butter
Preparation
Place oats, coconut yogurt, and cinnamon in a pan, cover with nut milk, stir, cover, and leave to soak overnight.
In the morning, add a cup of nut milk or water to the pan and slowly cook.
Top with hot pan-fried bananas, blueberries, and a spoonful of roasted almond butter.
