Creamiest Cacao Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 100ml almond milk (more if necessary)
- dash of cinnamon (however much you like)
- vanilla powder/paste/extract
- 1-3 tbsp cacao nibs (i just eyeballed it)
- 1/2 mashed banana or ~1 tbsp maple syrup
Toppings
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- blueberries
- maple syrup granola
- peanut caramello
- pineapple and an apple
- more cinnamon
Preparation
Stir all ingredients together and leave in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, add a splash more of almond milk and stir.
Add desired toppings and enjoy.
Perfect for taking on the go with no excuses for skipping breakfast.
