Creamiest Cacao Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 100ml almond milk (more if necessary)
  • dash of cinnamon (however much you like)
  • vanilla powder/paste/extract
  • 1-3 tbsp cacao nibs (i just eyeballed it)
  • 1/2 mashed banana or ~1 tbsp maple syrup

Toppings

  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • blueberries
  • maple syrup granola
  • peanut caramello
  • pineapple and an apple
  • more cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Stir all ingredients together and leave in the fridge overnight.

  2. In the morning, add a splash more of almond milk and stir.

  3. Add desired toppings and enjoy.

  4. Perfect for taking on the go with no excuses for skipping breakfast.
