Creamy Oats and Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- Oats 3 tbsp
- Chia seeds 2 tsp
- Raw agave 2 tsp
- Coconut cream 1/4 cup
- Coconut condensed milk 1/4 cup
- Shredded coconut 1/4 cup
- Soy milk or almond milk 1 cup
- Water 1/2 cup (only if you don't want it to be very creamy)
Optional additions
- Fresh fruits of your choice
- Nuts of your choice (handful)
Preparation
In a bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, raw agave, coconut cream, coconut condensed milk, and shredded coconut
Add soy milk or almond milk, and water if desired for less creaminess, then mix well
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the mixture to thicken and set
Before serving, top with fresh fruits and nuts of your choice
