Spirulina Banana Smoothie with Chia Pudding
Ingredients

- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- 1 tsp spirulina
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 frozen pear
Chia pudding components
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 cup soy milk
- 2 tsp raw agave or maple syrup
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Blend all smoothie ingredients in a blender until thick and creamy in texture.
For chia pudding, soak chia seeds in soy milk with maple syrup and vanilla extract, stirring occasionally.
Ensure the chia mixture is nice and fluffy before refrigerating; keep it in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, mix the chia pudding thoroughly and add more milk if needed to achieve desired thickness.
