Spectacular Chia Oats Breakkie
Ingredients
- Oats 1cup
- 2tsp chiaseeds
- Almond milk 1/2 cup
- Soy milk 1/ 2 cup
- Vanilla extract 1tsp
- Water 1/4 cup
- Flaxseeds powder 1tsp
- Blue ocean blend powder 2tsp
- Cashewcream 1tsp
- Maple syrup 2tsp
- Caramalised bananas 1
- Chopped nuts of your choice
Preparation
Take a sauce pan , combine oats , soy, almond , flaxseed powder, water , cook for 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat
Once the oats are done , add maple syrup, vanilla extract, cashewcream, blue ocean blend , chopped nuts and mix everything well
If needed add some water, cook uncovered until thickened, stirring occasionally, Remove from heat and transfer it to the bowl and add Fresh and frozen ( thawed blueberries) or fresh fruits or yummy caramalised bananas
