Vegan Oatmeal Bowl with Spiced Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oats
- 100ml almond milk
- 1 cup water
- ground cardamom
- maca powder
- vanilla extract
- figs
- raspberries
- coconut
- pistachios
- banana
- tahini
- maple syrup
Preparation
Soak 1/3 cup of oats in 100ml almond milk for 10 minutes.
Add a further cup of water and cook slowly on low heat until the oats are done.
Stir in ground cardamom, maca powder, and a little vanilla extract.
Top the oats with figs, raspberries, coconut, pistachios, and banana, drizzled with tahini and maple.
Enjoy the bowl.
