Vegan Oatmeal Bowl with Spiced Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 100ml almond milk
  • 1 cup water
  • ground cardamom
  • maca powder
  • vanilla extract
  • figs
  • raspberries
  • coconut
  • pistachios
  • banana
  • tahini
  • maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Soak 1/3 cup of oats in 100ml almond milk for 10 minutes.

  2. Add a further cup of water and cook slowly on low heat until the oats are done.

  3. Stir in ground cardamom, maca powder, and a little vanilla extract.

  4. Top the oats with figs, raspberries, coconut, pistachios, and banana, drizzled with tahini and maple.

  5. Enjoy the bowl.
