Healthy Oatmeal Bowl with Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/2 c oats
- 1 tsp ashwaghanda
- 1 tsp maca powder
- Dash of cinnamon
Toppings
- berries
- kiwi
- banana
- nibs
- coconut
- edible flowers
Preparation
Cook the oats with water or milk until soft.
Add ashwaghanda, maca powder, and cinnamon to the cooked oats and stir well.
Arrange the toppings on the oatmeal bowl.
