Ingredients

  • 1/2 c oats
  • 1 tsp ashwaghanda
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • Dash of cinnamon

Toppings

  • berries
  • kiwi
  • banana
  • nibs
  • coconut
  • edible flowers

Preparation
