Vanilla Oats with Pan Fried Banana Topping

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 banana
  • maple syrup to taste
  • water as needed
  • chocolate for topping

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, oat milk, vanilla extract, and maca powder in a pan and heat until cooked.

  2. Chop banana into slices.

  3. In a pan, add the banana slices, a little maple syrup, and water, then stir until browned.

  4. Top the cooked oats with the pan-fried banana and chocolate.
