Vanilla Oats with Pan Fried Banana Topping
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oats
- 3/4 cup oat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon maca powder
- 1 banana
- maple syrup to taste
- water as needed
- chocolate for topping
Preparation
Combine oats, oat milk, vanilla extract, and maca powder in a pan and heat until cooked.
Chop banana into slices.
In a pan, add the banana slices, a little maple syrup, and water, then stir until browned.
Top the cooked oats with the pan-fried banana and chocolate.
