Peanut Butter Oatmeal with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 200 ml almond milk
  • 50 ml water
  • 5 tablespoons oats
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

Toppings

  • blackberries
  • pomegranate seeds
  • quinoa puffs
  • cacao nibs
  • salted peanut millionaire shortbread
  • shredded coconut
  • peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Combine almond milk, water, oats, hemp seeds, peanut butter, and maple syrup in a small pot.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is creamy and oats are soft, about 5-10 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and add toppings: blackberries, pomegranate seeds, quinoa puffs, cacao nibs, salted peanut millionaire shortbread, shredded coconut, and additional peanut butter.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
