Peanut Butter Oatmeal with Toppings
Ingredients
- 200 ml almond milk
- 50 ml water
- 5 tablespoons oats
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
Toppings
- blackberries
- pomegranate seeds
- quinoa puffs
- cacao nibs
- salted peanut millionaire shortbread
- shredded coconut
- peanut butter
Preparation
Combine almond milk, water, oats, hemp seeds, peanut butter, and maple syrup in a small pot.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is creamy and oats are soft, about 5-10 minutes.
Remove from heat and add toppings: blackberries, pomegranate seeds, quinoa puffs, cacao nibs, salted peanut millionaire shortbread, shredded coconut, and additional peanut butter.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
