Blackberry Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- ( Makes 2 medium size bowls )
- Oats - 1 cup
- BlackBerry - Frozen 1/4 cup
- Coconut sugar - 2tbsp
- Water 1/4 cup
- Oats Milk / Soy milk 1cup
- Vanilla extract 1tsp
- 1/4 cup of mixed nuts of your choice
- I added almonds and Walnuts
- FOR CHIAPUDDING
- Chiaseeds 3tbsp
- Soy milk - 1 cup
- Maple syrup 1tsp
- Vanillaextract 1/2 tsp
Preparation
Bring oats ,oats milk to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat . Cook until thick
Once it starts getting thicker add blackberries, coconut sugar , vanillaextract and water , mix well and cook for another 5minutes until blackberries gets nicely incorporated. ✒ You will get a nice pink color ? ✒ Trasfer into a bowl and serve it with nuts of your choice for extra crunch
FOR CHIAPUDDING ✒ Soak chiaseeds in soy milk overnight with maple syrup and vanilla extract. Makimg sure before you put in fridge , it's nice and fluffy and no lumps are there
