Blackberry Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • ( Makes 2 medium size bowls )
  • Oats - 1 cup
  • BlackBerry - Frozen 1/4 cup
  • Coconut sugar - 2tbsp
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Oats Milk / Soy milk 1cup
  • Vanilla extract 1tsp
  • 1/4 cup of mixed nuts of your choice
  • I added almonds and Walnuts
  • FOR CHIAPUDDING
  • Chiaseeds 3tbsp
  • Soy milk - 1 cup
  • Maple syrup 1tsp
  • Vanillaextract 1/2 tsp

Preparation

  1. Bring oats ,oats milk to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat . Cook until thick

  2. Once it starts getting thicker add blackberries, coconut sugar , vanillaextract and water , mix well and cook for another 5minutes until blackberries gets nicely incorporated. ✒ You will get a nice pink color ? ✒ Trasfer into a bowl and serve it with nuts of your choice for extra crunch

  3. FOR CHIAPUDDING ✒ Soak chiaseeds in soy milk overnight with maple syrup and vanilla extract. Makimg sure before you put in fridge , it's nice and fluffy and no lumps are there

  4. Layer it as you can see in the picture with BlackBerry oats breakfast. ✒ Enjoy this easy recipe
