Chocolate Brownie Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 a mashed ripe banana
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1-2 tbsp chocolate chips
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a single serve oven dish or ramekin

  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir to fully combine

  4. Place in oven and bake for 25 minutes

  5. Add some additional toppings

  6. I highly recommend some raspberries and peanut butter
