Easy Vegan Pancakes with Plant Milk
Ingredients
- 180ml plant milk (soy, almond, oat...)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 110g wholemeal spelt flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp of maple syrup
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract (optional)
- chocolate chips (if desired)
Preparation
In a cup, mix plant milk with apple cider vinegar and set aside for 5 minutes.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Add milk mixture, maple syrup and vanilla, then mix well to combine.
Fold in chocolate chips if desired.
Bake 6 pancakes in a hot non-stick pan greased with oil.
