Taco Pancakes with Soy Skyr and Strawberries
Ingredients
- ~70g ripe, mashed banana
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- one pinch of salt
- 150ml plant milk
- 1tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds
- 100g wholemeal spelt flour (or other)
- 10g vegan protein powder (optional, if you leave it out use more flour/less plant milk)
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1/3 tsp baking soda
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Spread the dough in a well-coated pan.
Bake the pancakes on both sides; use 1 tablespoon of dough per pancake.
Serve with toppings of your choice.
Note: It is easier to eat them with a fork and knife.
