Healthy Apple Protein Pancakes with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 45g mashed banana
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 100-150 ml plant milk
  • 25g 3k protein powder
  • 30g oat flour
  • 30g rice flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • optional sweetener or flavor drops
  • 1 apple cut into rounds
  • toppings of choice

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients to make the dough.

  2. Place some dough in a well-coated, slightly oiled pan.

  3. Press apple slices onto the dough and cover with more dough.

  4. Fry or bake from both sides until done.

  5. Optionally cover the pan with a lid to cook completely.

  6. Top with chosen toppings and enjoy.

Tips

  1. Use ripe bananas for better sweetness and flavor.

  2. You can substitute rice flour with wheat or spelt flour if desired.
