Easy Vegan Taco Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 banana, mashed (~90g)
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 80g chickpea flour
- 55g rice flour
- 1/3 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 150ml soy milk (or other?)
- Sweetener of choice
Preparation
Mix all ingredients.
Depending on the flour you use, you might need more plant milk.
Bake the pancakes in a well coated pan with a little bit of oil (optional).
Serve with fillings or toppings of your choice!
