4 Ingredient Vegan Bagels
Ingredients
- 2 cups chickpea flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup unflavored perrier
Preparation
Mix dry ingredients then add sparkling water and mix to form a dough
Transfer into either muffin tins or bagel molds (see stories for the ones I used) and bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes
