4 Ingredient Vegan Bagels

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chickpea flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup unflavored perrier

Preparation

  1. Mix dry ingredients then add sparkling water and mix to form a dough

  2. Transfer into either muffin tins or bagel molds (see stories for the ones I used) and bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes

  3. Allow to cool before removing (if you can wait that long!)Pro tip: add evohemp seeds to avocado
