Vegan Potato Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes or 200g
  • 1/2 cup chickpea flour or 60g
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Cook the potatoes.

  2. Blend or mash them with the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Press the dough out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 360°F for 15 minutes.

  4. Add your favorite toppings and bake for 10 more minutes.
