Vegan Potato Pizza Crust
Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes or 200g
- 1/2 cup chickpea flour or 60g
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Cook the potatoes.
Blend or mash them with the rest of the ingredients.
Press the dough out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 360°F for 15 minutes.
Add your favorite toppings and bake for 10 more minutes.
