Rosemary Infused Hasselback Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • Potatoes
  • Spring rosemary
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Thinly slice the potatoes

  2. Place in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil, finely chopped rosemary and salt

  3. Bake at 200C (fan oven) for 1 hour

  4. Enjoy!
