Peasy 3-Ingredient Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 2 medium - large potatoes
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)

Preparation

  1. Peel the potatoes and boil them until soft

  2. Once they're drained and cool, mash with a potato masher or fork

  3. Add in the flour and salt and knead until a dough forms (if your dough is too sticky, slowly add in more flour until it's soft and pliable

  4. On a floured surface, roll your dough into thin stripes and cut half inch slices

  5. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add the gnocchi pieces and cook until they rise to the surface

  6. Drain and serve with your favourite sauce or veggies
