Peasy 3-Ingredient Gnocchi
Ingredients
- 2 medium - large potatoes
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
Preparation
Peel the potatoes and boil them until soft
Once they're drained and cool, mash with a potato masher or fork
Add in the flour and salt and knead until a dough forms (if your dough is too sticky, slowly add in more flour until it's soft and pliable
On a floured surface, roll your dough into thin stripes and cut half inch slices
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add the gnocchi pieces and cook until they rise to the surface
Drain and serve with your favourite sauce or veggies
