Rosemary Infused Hasselback Potatoes

Ingredients

  • olive oil
  • potatoes
  • spring rosemary
  • salt

Preparation

  1. Thinly slice the potatoes

  2. Place in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil, finely chopped rosemary and salt

  3. Bake at 200c (fan oven) for 1 hour

  4. Enjoy!
