Crispy Baked Oil-Free French Fries

Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Italian seasonings or other seasonings

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 425F (220C).

  2. Wash your potatoes then chop them into wedges or fry shape of choice that are about 1/2 inch thick.

  3. Toss your fries into a large bowl with salt, black pepper, Italian seasonings, or whatever seasoning your heart desires, and stir well to evenly distribute.

  4. Place your seasoned fries onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Make sure they're evenly spread out with space in between.

  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  6. Enjoy!
