Crispy Baked Oil-Free French Fries
Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Italian seasonings or other seasonings
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 425F (220C).
Wash your potatoes then chop them into wedges or fry shape of choice that are about 1/2 inch thick.
Toss your fries into a large bowl with salt, black pepper, Italian seasonings, or whatever seasoning your heart desires, and stir well to evenly distribute.
Place your seasoned fries onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Make sure they're evenly spread out with space in between.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
