Baked Potatoes with Garlic and Parsley

Ingredients

  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 handful of fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Preparation

  1. Clean potatoes well and peel the skin if desired.

  2. Cut into wedges and place them in a large bowl.

  3. Add 2 tablespoons of oil, salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  4. Mix well with your hands or use utensils.

  5. Place the mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes.

  6. Finely chop the garlic cloves and parsley for the sauceand add the remaining olive oil.
