Baked Potatoes with Garlic and Parsley
Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes
- 3 garlic cloves
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 handful of fresh parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Clean potatoes well and peel the skin if desired.
Cut into wedges and place them in a large bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of oil, salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Mix well with your hands or use utensils.
Place the mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
Finely chop the garlic cloves and parsley for the sauceand add the remaining olive oil.
