Crispy Baked Rosemary Fries
Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon semolina
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Cut washed potatoes into sticks.
Preheat the oven to 200°C/390°F using upper and lower heat.
Put the potato sticks into a big bowl and cover them with water.
Wait 5 minutes and pour out the water.
Dry the potatoes with a clean towel.
Mix them with 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon semolina, and 1 tablespoon dried rosemary.
Spread on a baking tray prepared with baking paper and bake for about 35 minutes until golden brown.
Season with salt and pepper as preferred and serve with a dip of your choice.
Tips
Prefer organic potatoes because you can eat the peel too.
Drying the potatoes with a clean towel will make them even crispier.
