Crispy Baked Rosemary Fries

Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon semolina
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut washed potatoes into sticks.

  2. Preheat the oven to 200°C/390°F using upper and lower heat.

  3. Put the potato sticks into a big bowl and cover them with water.

  4. Wait 5 minutes and pour out the water.

  5. Dry the potatoes with a clean towel.

  6. Mix them with 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon semolina, and 1 tablespoon dried rosemary.

  7. Spread on a baking tray prepared with baking paper and bake for about 35 minutes until golden brown.

  8. Season with salt and pepper as preferred and serve with a dip of your choice.

Tips

  1. Prefer organic potatoes because you can eat the peel too.

  2. Drying the potatoes with a clean towel will make them even crispier.
