The Ultimate Crispy Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- 3 potatoes
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp rosemary, dried or fresh
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200°C
Cut the potatoes into wedges
Soak them in cold water for 30 minutes
Drain potatoes and dry them with a clean tea towel
Add olive oil to potatoes and mix really well
In a large bowl add the salt, pepper, and rosemary
Then add the potatoes and mix well so all the potatoes are coated
On a prepared pan add the wedges in a single layer
Cook for 50 minutes but make sure you turn halfway
