The Ultimate Crispy Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp rosemary, dried or fresh
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C

  2. Cut the potatoes into wedges

  3. Soak them in cold water for 30 minutes

  4. Drain potatoes and dry them with a clean tea towel

  5. Add olive oil to potatoes and mix really well

  6. In a large bowl add the salt, pepper, and rosemary

  7. Then add the potatoes and mix well so all the potatoes are coated

  8. On a prepared pan add the wedges in a single layer

  9. Cook for 50 minutes but make sure you turn halfway
