Crispy Baked Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Olive oil (about 1 tablespoon per 6 potatoes)
- Sea salt (generous pinch)
- Smoked paprika
- Ground pepper
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Cut potatoes into wedges and place them in a bowl. Add olive oil, sea salt, smoked paprika, and ground pepper.
Mix well and place the wedges on the baking tray, leaving space between each. Bake for 30-40 minutes, checking at 30 minutes and adjusting time if needed.
