Vegan Baked Potato Fries

Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • Olive oil (optional)
  • Herbs and spices

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Wash and peel potatoes then slice into long thick cuts. Pat dry any moisture with a clean tea towel.

  2. Add a drizzle of olive oil or skip for oil-free version and sprinkle on your choice of herbs and spices.

  3. Place fries on a tray lined with non-stick baking paper, making sure they do not overlap or touch.

  4. Pop into the oven and bake. At the 25 minute mark, give them a flip and cook for an additional 20-25 minutes until golden.

Tips

  1. For crispier results, cook in an air fryer, which is especially great if using the no-oil option.
