Baked Vegan French Fries with Sriracha Mayo

Ingredients

  • 1 russet potato
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Cracked pepper, to taste
  • Desired seasoning, to taste

Dip

  • 3 tablespoons vegan mayo
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha

Preparation

  1. Slice the potato and soak in an ice bath for at least 1 hour.

  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  3. Drain and pat dry the fries.

  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with sea salt, cracked pepper, and desired seasoning.

  5. Place on a baking tray, spacing them so they don’t touch.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes, then flip the fries.

  7. Increase the oven heat to 400°F and bake for another 10-15 minutes.

  8. Mix the dip by combining vegan mayo and sriracha.
