Baked Vegan French Fries with Sriracha Mayo
Ingredients
- 1 russet potato
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Sea salt, to taste
- Cracked pepper, to taste
- Desired seasoning, to taste
Dip
- 3 tablespoons vegan mayo
- 2 teaspoons sriracha
Preparation
Slice the potato and soak in an ice bath for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Drain and pat dry the fries.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with sea salt, cracked pepper, and desired seasoning.
Place on a baking tray, spacing them so they don’t touch.
Bake for 20 minutes, then flip the fries.
Increase the oven heat to 400°F and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
Mix the dip by combining vegan mayo and sriracha.
