Ingredients

Fries

  • 2 large sweet potatoes

Bbq mayo sauce

  • 1/4 cup Classic Mayo
  • 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons spicy mustard

Garlic mayo sauce

  • 1/4 cup Classic Mayo
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • sprinkle of salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon nutritional yeast

Sriracha mayo sauce

  • 1/4 cup Classic Mayo
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • sprinkle of salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Cut the sweet and regular potatoes into fry shapes.

  2. Toss the cut fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper to coat evenly.

  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F for about 40 minutes.

  4. Broil for 2 minutes to crisp the edges.

  1. Combine the ingredients for BBQ Mayo sauce in a bowl.

  2. Mix the ingredients for Garlic Mayo sauce together until well blended.
