Ingredients

- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 large regular potatoes

Bbq mayo sauce
- 1/4 cup Classic Mayo
- 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons spicy mustard
Garlic mayo sauce
- 1/4 cup Classic Mayo
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- sprinkle of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
Sriracha mayo sauce
- 1/4 cup Classic Mayo
- 2 teaspoons sriracha
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- sprinkle of salt and pepper
Preparation
Cut the sweet and regular potatoes into fry shapes.
Toss the cut fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper to coat evenly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F for about 40 minutes.
Broil for 2 minutes to crisp the edges.

Combine the ingredients for BBQ Mayo sauce in a bowl.
Mix the ingredients for Garlic Mayo sauce together until well blended.
Blend the ingredients for Sriracha Mayo sauce thoroughly.
